Sharpie Lamborghini
By Stoffb, February 28th, 2009

Quite old news as it was made around Aug 2008 but for those who haven’t seen it yet, here is the Sharpie Lamborghini! You may like it or you may not (I personally really can’t decide) but one thing is sure, the artwork on this is quite astonishing! (And the owner must be pretty loaded…). To be honest, if it was given to me I wouldn’t spit on it! I’d love to find out who designed this!! Found on superxofficial…

Jose Parla

Wouhaou! Wouhaou! Wouhaou! Just found out about this guy today! LOVE IT! Completely what am into. Really dynamic! A touch of Jackson Pollock and the curves of Ryan Mc Guinness for an impressive end result! A genius mixture between tags and calligraphy…
Oh! Sorry! I’m so excited I almost forgot to put a link to José Parlá’s tinternet page…
Christian Ward

Some interesting pieces of artwork from illustrator Christian Ward. I particularly like the pink lady on the grey background.
Alexone
By Stoffb, February 24th, 2009

Cool style, half cartoon, half kid drawings. A really particular style with lots of curves and colours. I have never seen his work before but he seems to be quite known in the art and design world… Alexone’s portfolio is funny, colourful, enjoyable… He’s been doing incredible work, painting for sport cars, TV show st decoration, books… Worth a look!
Blaine Fontana
By Stoffb, February 23rd, 2009

Blaine Fontana spends his time working on his “Urban-Organic Contemporary Surrealism” paintings for shows and private commission’s when he’s not creating and designing catalogues, websites or advertising campaigns for clients such as Nike, Toyota, Kid Robot… His style is really colourful and organic with a street art approach. Actually, the way he describes his work himself is probably the best. Sometimes his lines remind me of Hayao Miyazaki’s artwork in Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away.
Xenz
By Stoffb, February 22nd, 2009

Xenz is a UK based graffiti artist that was born near Hull in 1974. Xenz is now living in East London and works as an artist creating site specific murals and interior artworks. His style is quite singular; street art/graf is used as a medium to support his work which is usually more “flowers and birds” than “Hip Hop”…
Ian Francis

Really like these paintings from British artist Ian Francis. Nice use of perspectives and colours contrast (especially blues and reds)… Visit his site if you like his work too.
