Refreshing pieces of graphic design using different supports like collage, photo montage, photography and image manipulation by Lucy Clift from Sydney (Australia). Even if the designs and sets are hand made the final designs are very neat and cool in a bizarre way…

Michael Paukner - Graphic design
Geometrical and really often based on circles illustrations and designs by Michael Paukner. Although it looks really clean and simple Michael’s work is none the less pleasing especially in terms of background textures. Keeping things simple but attractive is something that is always harder than it may seem and Michael Paukner really is a pro in my view for that. Simple. Efficient.
Kai Isselhorst - Graphic design
Graphic design and illustrations by German designer Kai Esselhorst. Kai’s portfolio is full of intricate, nicely laid out and well balanced designs and illustrations. His photography section is however a bit of a let down compared to his design skills and the rest of his work.
Empk - Graphic design
Very geometrical graphic design pieces by Empk which consists of Barbara Allain and Diego Bellorin. Their atelier is based in Sau Paulo and they are respectively photographer (Barbara Allain) and graphic designer (Diego Bellorin). They’ve been working for Computer Arts, Nike, Schweppes, Zoo York and many more companies I one day dream to work for!
Zach Bush - Illustrations
Amazingly detailed illustrations and digital art pieces by Washington DC based freelance illustrator Zach Bush. Zach is also talented in photography and impressive in photo and image retouching as you can see on this Image Manipulation section on his DeviantArt page.
Archan Nair - Illustration
Very colourful illustrations and mixed media artworks by Indian visual artist Archan Nair. Archan’s been working for big names like Canon, Tiger Beer, Microsoft, GQ, Hugo Boss… This selection is not quite as representative as expected colourwise but if you visit Archan’s website your eyes will be filled with vivid and bright colours that he uses with talent.
Rik Oostenbroek - Graphic Design
Colourful and quite geometrical designs by Netherlands graphic designer Rik Oostenbroek aka NKeo.
Amber Gray - Photography
Excellent and professional photographs by Amber Gray. Her section named “conceptual” is absolutely amazing. It sinks the user in a fairy world of subtle tones, well managed blurs and washed out tinted lightings. The composition on the last photograph is sublime. If you could eye-track people looking at it, I guess 99% of them would follow the same path ending without any doubt with the person’s face under the dress (although it’s not in any way prominent at first glance). With such a creative mind and technical abilities to back it up it’s not surprising to see Maybelline NY, Mont Blanc or Marie Claire on Amber Gray’s client list. If you like her work and generally the atmosphere she immerses into, you can follow her blog and find more things she produced or simply inspire her.
Mr Qui - Illustration
Superb illustrations by French illustrator Mr Qui. Monsieur Qui not only creates stunning illustrations for paper but he also loves to work on a wide range of materials from plates, skateboard decks, guitar, shoes… Selecting only a few images was a real struggle, there was at least 20 of them that could have been showcased here!! Some of MrQui’s work is available to buy on my favourite art & design shop: Amkashop.
George Rustchev - Photography
Superb photographs and image manipulations by self-taught photographer George Rustchev. Unfortunately George doesn’t have his own website or deviant art page or anything like that I could link to. However you can see more of is work here. George’s photography is imaginative, very well treated but what is the most exciting in his photographs is the way he uses contrasts (either in colours, shapes, objects/subjects, theme).
