Excellent 2D animation by French artist Renaud Hallée. The animation is called Sonar and starts with the simple sound of a sonar and its visual representation. The sound is then slowly decomposed in multitudes of notes and geometric shapes to create a brilliantly simple and effective animation. The sequence has been officialy selected for Annecy’s Animation Festival.

I’ve seen some pictures of this prototype Gina by BMW a while ago now but I had never seen the video. The trailer for this aesthetic and revolutionary concept car was displayed for the re-opening of BMW museum in Munich. It was realised by German studio Gate11. Found through QBN.
