As it’s quite late (it’s actually tomorrow already) I won’t spend a lot of time explaining why I like the work of Joshua Barber. I was just flicking through different websites in my daily quest of the holy design grail, half-sleeping and Joshua’s illustrations woke me up (well, kind of…). The colours used, the childish style, and the dreamy blurry feeling his work provided me is putting me in a good mood for a good night of sleep… I visually like what Joshua does, but also the vision of his work that he explains here that is so brilliantly translated into illustrations. And suddenly my own “scattered playlist of seconds” is coming back at me…
